Risk factors:

| *Immunosuppression | *Prior Cervical Cancer |
| *Infection with the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) | |
Signs and Symptoms:
| *Chronic Itching |
| *Nodule/Lump or ulcerative lesion |
| *Burning or pain |
| *Bleeding or discharge |

| *Wide Local Excision |
| *Radical Vulvectomy with lymph node biopsy |
| *Radiation Therapy |
| *Chemotherapy |
Recommended Follow Up:
| *Physical Exam |
| - Every 3-4 months for 2 years |
| - Every 6 months for years 3-5 |
| - Yearly thereafter |
